Teens Empowerment

Location: Baisley Park
Registration: Not required

Calling all youths ages 13-18. Come and join us for our weekly empowerment sessions, designed to motivate and inspire you to becoming the person that you were born to be! Through our programs and activities you will learn how to live confident and be ready to overcome all obstacles in your way. You will finally live the life that you were always meant to live and be inspired.

Learn to Dance Soca!

Location: Baisley Park
Registration: Not required

A masquerade dance at the annual Caribbean Carnival Festival, soca is the "soul of Calypso" and "the power of movement." In other words, it was made to get you moving! Learning soca will prepare you to learn house, African, Latin ballroom, jazz, hip hop, Indian classical and Bollywood, ballet and other dance styles. You do not need to be a dancer to attend, but with your new-found dance knowledge, you will feel like a dancer when you leave!
