Intermediate Computer Class

Location: Pomonok
Registration: Registration is not yet open for this program. Please check back closer to the program date.
Details: Customers are required to attend all sessions of this program. Registering for this session will reserve your spot for the entire program.

The intermediate computer class offer users to learn how to create and save documents; format and edit text; copy, cut and paste items; and use the basic functions and commands, and insert tables, charts, headers and footers in Microsoft Word.
Users will also learn how to navigate a spreadsheet, create workbooks, enter and edit data, review of the basics, creating and manipulating tables, and use formulas and functions in Excel. Basic computer skills and knowledge are required

Learn How to Protect Your Identity Online

To use the awesome place called the Web to learn, communicate with others and to have fun, you have to be sure that your personal information are safe. We are hearing about online identity theft every day. How this happens, and who are the phishers out there looking to hunt your personal information on the Web? And how can you protect your identity online? This workshop will answer all of your questions. Also, you will learn the important basic tools that needed to insure your safety online.

Readers' Theater

See if you are entitled to rent assistance through the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) program. Get help applying for Medicaid.
