Find out if you qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, formerly known as food stamps, and get help applying. See if you are entitled to rent assistance through the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) program. Get help applying for Medicaid. Call the outreach office of LiveOn, formerly Council of Senior Centers and Services of New York, at 347-815-5930, or email SNAP@liveon-ny.org for other times and locations.
