Save Money, E-File Your Taxes for Free

Location: Sunnyside
Registration: Not required

If your income is under $66,000, you qualify to receive free online tax return filing assistance. Volunteers from the New York State Tax Department will guide you through tax preparation software available on their website as you learn how to prepare and e-file your federal and state income tax returns at no cost. Volunteers will be available that speak English and Spanish.

ESL Applied Theater Workshop

Join LaMicro Theater as they present a five-session ESL workshop using Applied Theater as a learning tool. They will use a communicative language teaching approach. Theater is a creative tool to support students in their learning process.
