Get Free Help with Your Taxes!

Location: Rochdale Village
Registration: Not required

Sign up to get FREE help with electronic filing. If your income is under $60,000 per year then you qualify to receive assistance from New York State Tax Department volunteers. Volunteers will be available to provide FREE guidance to taxpayers who are electronically preparing and filing their own personal income tax returns. Sign up at Queens Library @ Rochdale Village. Volunteers will be available that speak English.

SNAP and SCRIE Benefits

Find out whether you qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, formerly known as food stamps, and the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) Program, and get help applying. No appointment is necessary.
