Stretch and Flex Yoga for Adults

Location: Douglaston/Little Neck
Registration: Registration is not yet open for this program. Please check back closer to the program date.

This course is designed to encourage movement and flexibility, stimulating blood flow to joints, muscles and internal organs and increasing oxygen delivery to the cells. It has a relaxation component and is great for de-stressing. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle and wear comfortable, stretchable attire. This program is sponsored by the Friends of Douglaston/Little Neck Library.
