Tai Chi with Lenny AnTonucci

Tai chi is a mind-body "soft style" martial art that originated in China. Sometimes called "meditation in motion," it involves graceful forms of exercise using flowing movements. Space is limited and available first come, first served. All participants must complete an Exercise Release form before the program begins.
